| If you have lost or forgetten your PIN number when trying to log in or are having other difficulties, contact us. Due to a recent change in phone banking software, several customers have reported that their PIN is no longer being accepted for login to the system. Call the system back, but when you type the account number, make sure you DO NOT enter any zeroes at the beginning of the account number. The PIN number should be the same as it had been previously.
